UNIF offers returns on all full-price items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that all sale items, intimates, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a flat fee will be deducted from your final refund amount for domestic returns.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
